“For God is not the author of confusion, but of peace, as in all churches of the saints.” - 1 Corinthians 14:33
There is a movement that is very rampant in the world in all areas of society; the government, the family, the church, the workplace.
It is headed by the Spirit of Confusion and it is NOT of God.
There is a step up of CONFUSION in this land and its mission is to bring destruction. Saints of God it is time for the true intercessors to pray and pull down the strongman of confusion in the name of Jesus Christ.
We must declare spiritual war against the works of darkness, lest they destroy our government, lest they destroy our churches, lest they destroy our places of employment, lest they destroy our families, lest they destroy us.
Confusion is rooted in evil. Evil plots, evil agendas, evil desires, evil motives, and be not mistaken, the devil is the author of confusion. If you are a person who is always involved in confusion or if you are the one who always seem to be orchestrating it, know that the God is not the one who is directing you but the devil and God is not pleased. James 3:16 states “For where envying and strife is, there is confusion and every evil work.”
Some people are just known to be instigators, generate strife and are just like magnets for confusion. They are in high company with the works of darkness and avail themselves to be agents of the devil. If this devotional is convicting you, today is the day to repent for the judgment of God is coming against the workers of confusion. Enough is enough!
Some people are too idle and are in things that do not concern them. Busy, busy spreading discord, gossiping, generating strife, deliberately plotting the demise of others. Sometimes people forget that life is of such that what we sow we are sure to reap. If you sow confusion in the lives of others you will reap confusion and more and it might just be multiplied many times when it comes back to you and/or your children.
Some people are busy trying to give others a very difficult time, in families, in the church on the job and in other social settings. They major in making life like hell on earth for others. Some people cannot even sleep at nights because they are too busy plotting what they will do next day to make life hard for others.
“WOE TO those who devise iniquity and work out evil upon their beds! When the morning is light, they perform and practice it because it is in their power. They covet fields and seize them, and houses and take them away; they oppress and crush a man and his house, a man and his inheritance. Therefore thus says the Lord: Behold, against this family I am planning a disaster from which you cannot remove your necks, nor will you be able to walk erect; for it will be an EVIL TIME.” Micah 2:1-3 If that describes you, I urge you today to repent!
Why be a part of a movement that the devil is leading? Jump off that train of destruction today, and save your life because if you are an agent of confusion don’t fool yourself, heaven will surely not be your home.
Confusion begins in the heart and is manifested in actions and words. “A good man out of the good treasure of his heart bringeth forth that which is good; and an evil man out of the evil treasure of his heart bringeth forth that which is evil: for of the abundance of the heart his mouth speaketh.” “And let none of you imagine evil in your hearts against his neighbour; and love no false oath: for all these are things that I hate, saith the LORD.” St. Luke 6:45 17 Do not entertain or be an advocate for the spirit of confusion.
Deception and confusion go hand in hand. Some people who are confusion makers wear masks. They pretend to be someone who they are not. They are hypocrites. They will cause a situation that is full of confusion and act as if they have no knowledge of it and as if they are the innocent party. Then there are those who will start confusion and make sure that everyone knows that they are the one who began the fire and adding the fuel to the burning flames. But God sees and He knows all things. Repent!
Many churches today are full of confusion. God is not in control but the spirit of Jezebel is ruling and manipulation, control, strife and every evil work is reigning. “For whereenvying and strife is, there is confusion and every evil work.” James 3”16 It is time for true repentance, not just from the lips but from the heart. This is the hour of cleansing, for judgment has begun in the house of the Lord. “Having therefore these promises, dearly beloved, let us cleanse ourselves from all filthiness of the flesh and spirit, perfecting holiness in the fear of God.” 2 Corinthians 7:1
The average person today does not like to be used in the negative sense. But think about it, if you are an agent of confusion and strife, you are allowing yourself to be used by the devil, in other words, you work for the devil and his salary and retirement plan are filled with hidden grenades and explosives.
He does not play fair. He is setting you up! His aim is to destroy you! “The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly.” St. John 10:10 Why not change jobs today and work for Jesus Christ instead. He is an excellent employer and His salary, benefits and retirement plan are awesome. Not to mention He offers peace. Jesus Christ is the Prince of Peace. He wants us to live in peace and He desires for us to walk in peace.
As children of God, we ourselves should not allow ourselves to be involved in confusion as this would be a very poor testimony, cause much shame in the Body of Christ and the Name of Jesus Christ will be blamed. God is depending on us, who name the name of Jesus Christ to be as lights in this dark world.
Saints of God, God is calling us to change the spiritual climates around us. We must decree and declare the Lordship of Jesus Christ, use our authority in the name of Jesus Christ and bind the spirit of confusion. We must never allow the spirit of confusion to just thrive, gain momentum and cause destruction. We must arise and take authority over it, bind it in the
name of Jesus Christ, render it inoperable. We must arise and cancel every assignment of the enemy as it relates to the spirit of confusion. .
Today, let us all search our hearts and ask God to forgive us if we have been agents of confusion or strive. Let us repent both individually and collectively, that we may live in perfect peace.
SPECIAL NOTE: Prayer Warriors please continue to fast and pray for our land. Much is on the horizon in September. I see weeping, shocking news, exposure. Bind the spirit of death, and destruction by fire and water. Pray for our young ladies and young adult ladies and cancel the enemy’s plots. Pray for our government officials. There is a step up of satanic and demonic activities. Stay on the wall, cover your family, cover this land with the Blood of Jesus Christ and let us continue to pray.
