“And I sought for a man among them, that should make up the hedge, and stand in the gap before me for the land, that I should not destroy it: but I found none.” Ezekiel 22:30

If ever a time we need God’s divine protection it is now. If ever a time we need to call on the name of the Lord it is now. If ever a time we need to get closer to God it is now. If ever a time we need to seriously seek the face of the Lord and war in the spirit and abort the plans of the devil against our land it is now. It is time to PRAY! Pray, pray, pray like never before!

People of the Virgin Islands, please take heed to the Word of the Lord. God is calling us to draw nigh to Him. God is calling us to humble ourselves and pray. God is calling us to live holy and righteous lives. God is calling us to have a relationship with Him through His son Jesus Christ. These are serious times and perilous times are no longer ahead they are here.

In 2 Timothy 3:1-5 it shows the present state of our land and our world and confirms that that we are living in perilous times. “This know also, that in the last days perilous times shall come. For men shall be lovers of their own selves, covetous, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy, without natural affection, trucebreakers, false accusers, incontinent, fierce, despisers of those that are good, traitors, heady, highminded, lovers of pleasures more than lovers of God; having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof: from such turn away.”

Many are busy getting ready for the holidays. Busy, busy, busy… Taking no thought of their soul or their eternal destiny. There is a spirit of death in our land and we need to be in serious warfare prayer against the plots of the enemy to kill, steal and destroy lives in whatever way he can, and using whoever he can. I am seeing in the spirit, so many children weeping for their fathers and mothers weeping for their children and weeping widows. The enemy is after the male seed in our land. Prayer warriors and intercessors this is no time to be gossiping or complacent, it is time to rise and war in the spirit for our land. Some people do not even seem to care as long as things do not affect them but as the saying goes “Today for me, tomorrow for you.” We have to be our brother’s keeper and pray for one another.

I got on my face book page on Saturday and someone said to me, “There is death in your land and there are not enough people praying as they should pray.” That for me was a confirmation because earlier that day I shared with my husband what I was seeing happening in this land – so much death and destruction, – untimely deaths – and I told him, we are praying but when legions of demons are in the land we need legions of serious intercessors.

We need God’s protection. Saints, pray, pray, pray. Pray for divine protection not only for you and your family but for our government, our private and public sectors, in our tourism industry, our marine industry. Pray for divine protection for our banks and all their management and employees. Pray for our ferries that travel between the islands and their crew and passengers. Pray for our aviation services and their crew. Pray against plots of death and destruction, through weapons and explosives. Pray for wisdom and divine protection for our government leaders and all those in authority. Pray that the churches in this land will arise with the mandate that God has given them and carry out God’s vision and not be distracted by the tactics of the devil.

Saints this is no time to be spiritually sleeping. Church this is no time to be fussing, gossiping and creating confusion and division; IT IS TIME FOR HUMILITY, REPENTANCE AND SERIOUS PRAYER! “But while men slept, his enemy came and sowed tares among the wheat, and went his way.” St. Matthew 13:25 You cannot afford to just get up and go all day without praying, that is a dangerous thing to do. Some Christians don’t pray and don’t even read the Word of God until they get to church on Sunday. What is the condition of your soul? Lord, have mercy on the church!

We are praying and asking God to intervene and have mercy on our land and its inhabitants. Dreams about the buildings on Wickham’s Cay shaking and some of them crumbling. I keep seeing a massive explosion in my spirit and a ferry boat tossing and in trouble on the sea. Praying against all the plots and plans of the enemy.

Pray daily for the government, church leaders and all in authority, your families, your friends, your coworkers, your enemies and apply the covering of the blood of Jesus Christ daily to your life and their lives. Pray Psalm 91 daily. “God will save you from hidden dangers and from deadly diseases. You can go to him for protection. He will cover you like a bird spreading its wings over its babies. You can trust him to surround and protect you like a shield.” Psalm 91:2-4

Dear Lord, we ask for your mercy and your divine protection for our land. We apply the blood of Jesus Christ to our land and all its inhabitants. We repent on behalf of our land for all that we have done that was not pleasing to you and ask for your forgiveness and your grace and mercy to be extended to us as a people. In Jesus name Amen.

Intercessors and Prayer Warriors let us continue in fervent prayer and stay on the wall that God will intervene and have mercy on us in this land. SAINTS OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS LET US PRAY!
