“Trust in him at all times; ye people, pour out your heart before him: God is a refuge for us.” – Psalm 62:8

Somebody today needs to be reminded today to trust God.

God is your source and He is Jehovah Jireh.  No matter what it looks like, feels like, smells like, sounds like, God has not forgotten you.  Yes, the other person got the promotion but God has not forgotten you.  Yes, the bank turned down the loan but God has not forgotten you.  Yes, your marriage seems to be hanging by a thread but God has not forgotten you.

Yes, you are living from paycheck to paycheck but God has not forgotten you.  Yes, it seems like your enemies are prospering while you are struggling but God has not forgotten you.  Yes, the same family member who you bend over backward for is now not even talking to you but God has not forgotten you.  Yes, you confided in a friend who turned out to be a Judas but God can be trusted with your deepest secrets.  Trust God!

God wants to remind you today that He knows your need, He hears your prayers and He sees your tears.  “The eyes of the Lord are upon the righteous, and his ears are open unto their cry.” Psalm 34:15 Don’t give up now, quitting is not an option!  For I hear the spirit of the Lord saying that you declared that 2011 is your year of restoration and so far it seems like it was worst than 2010.  You are looking in the natural and saying that the year is almost ended and the bills are piling up, the family situation are escalating, the job stress is mounting, the house insurance is past due, the car seems to like being in the garage, and at times you do not know what else to pray or what else to say.

God is saying to someone today, that if you continue to have faith and believe Him that by December 31, He will give you much reason to rejoice.  God will cause your enemies to be at peace with you.  God will prepare a table before you in their presence.  God will cause you to find favor and doors that were once closed will suddenly swing open.  The bank accounts that were once on minimal balance will actually have excess cash.  The marriage that you thought was dead, God will resurrect.  The child that seemed to be heading for destruction will suddenly turn around.  I see a lot of new homes being built in 2012 and businesses booming.  For those who believe God will live the words of Isaiah 62:4  “You [Judah] shall no more be termed Forsaken, nor shall your land be called Desolate any more. But you shall be called Hephzibah [My delight is in her], and your land be called Beulah [married]; for the Lord delights in you, and your land shall be married [owned and protected by the Lord].”  Stand strong in faith and WATCH GOD!  Trust God!

If ever a time you need to extend your faith it is in this season.  If ever a time you need to believe that God is who He says He is and that He will do what He will say He will do it is now.  I know that the challenges that you face may be many but still believe God.  I know that at times you feel like your back is against the wall but still believe God.  I know that at times you think that you must be related to Job but still believe God.  Remember the latter end of Job.  “And the Lord turned the captivity of Job, when he prayed for his friends: also the Lord gave Job twice as much as he had before. So the LORD blessed the latter end of Job more than his beginning.”  Job 42:10,12a Trust God!

Some trust in man as if they are God but we want to remind someone today that man cannot do for you what God can do.  God can work through people or use people to bless you but in the end God is God.  Men can go back on their promises and you can be their friend one minute and their enemy the next minute without you not even knowing what you have done.  But God, my God, He never fails.  He can be trusted.  He never goes back on His promises and He is never ever late.  Furthermore, Ephesians 3:20-21 reminds us that not only is God able to do what we ask but exceeding and abundantly above what we ask or think  “Now unto him that is able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that worketh in us, Unto him be glory in the church by Christ Jesus throughout all ages, world without end. Amen.”   Trust God!

Believe God in this hour.  Do not doubt, do not fear but just have unwavering faith in God.  For if you keep the faith, at the time you least expect it, God will come through for you in ways that you could not even have imagined.  Look at the mountains today, look at the seas and the sky – God made them all.  So do you not think that the God who make them is not big enough or too busy to help you through the challenges that you are now facing?  Don’t you believe that in spite of all that has been said against you and done against you that God knows how to prepare a table for you in the presence of your enemies and to not only provide for you but also protect you?  Don’t you believe that God is all powerful, all knowing and all seeing? Believe me when I saw he is all of the latter and much, much more.  Trust God!

Trust God to provide for you.  Trust God to come through for you.  Trust God to remove all the hindrances that are blocking your blessings.  Trust God to fight the raging battles and to calm the raging seas.  Trust God to fulfill his Word in your life, in the life of all your families and on your behalf.  Trust God for the open doors.  Trust God for the victory in every area of your life!  “Now thanks be unto God, which always causeth us to triumph in Christ, and maketh manifest the savour of his knowledge by us in every place.”  2 Corinthians 2:14 God is with you, He loves you and He cares.  Trust God!
