“Casting all your care upon him; for he careth for you.” 1 Peter 5:7
Someone today needs to be reminded that in the midst of challenges, trials, sorrow, rejection, grief, betrayal, and whatever else you may be going through, God cares. You matter to God and He cares about you.
You may have been disappointed when the people who you expected to be there for you in your time of need deserted you. You may have become discouraged because people you trusted failed to keep their promises. God wants to remind you today to cast your cares upon Him.
Have you been praying and talking to God about the challenges you face or have you been just pouring them out to people hoping that they would be able to help you? Have you been expecting people to do things that only God can do for you? If so, it is time to cast everything upon the Lord.
People sometimes have good intentions, and some will honestly try and help but there are times when even the ones who want to help you just do not have the answers or the solutions to your problems. God however, not only knows all and sees all and He has all the answers.
So today if you are feeling rejected, forsaken and as if no one really cares, remember that you are not alone for God is with you and He cares. God has promised in Matthew 28:20b “…lo, I am with you always, even unto the end of the world. Amen.”
Reach out to God today, call upon Him and He is sure to not only hear but answer.

This reading has been a source of strenght to me. I have found myself just before reading this asking myself the question have you told God ALL about it and the answer is yes, but am still waiting for the victory. He is not coming when I want him but I know he is on time so thanks again for the reminder. I will go to him again. May God bless you both.
Thank you Ministers….this is so true. Thanks for this word of encouragement at this time. May God continue to bless you both
