The matter involving Andre Stoutt who is facing multiple charges that stemmed from his February 2012 arrest has been adjourned to July 26.
Stoutt, 28, of Carrot Bay was arrested and charged on February 20 for the offenses of taking a conveyance without authority, criminal damage, smuggling and illegal entry.
When the matter came up in the Magistrate’s Court on June 18, both the defence and Crown agreed for the case to be deferred to the announced date.
The defendant was granted police bail in the sum of $15,000 with one surety, and made his first appearance before the Magistrate’s Court on February 24.
