ROBBERY
On 21-01-2012 at 1500hrs, Police formally arrested and charged Royden Sebastien of Belmont for Robbery, Cultivation of Cannabis and Unlawful Possession of Cannabis.
WOUNDING
On 21-01-2012 at 1640hrs, Police arrested and charged a 16-year-old male of Mount Healthy for wounding. He was released in the custody of his mother on instructions from Prosecution to appear in the Magistrate’s Court at John’s Hole on 26-01-2012 at 0900hrs.
UNLAWFUL POSSESSION OF COCAINE
On 15-01-2012 at 1330hrs, Police arrested and charged Cecil Smith of Josiah’s Bay on Unlawful Possession of Cocaine while conducting a stop and search operation at Josiah’s Bay on 14-01-2012 about 1330hrs.
UNLAWFUL POSSESSION OF CANNABIS
1. On 05-01-2012 at 0900hrs, Police arrested and charged Akimo Martin of St Thomas USVI for Unlawful Possession with Intent to Supply and Unlawful Importation of Cannabis.
2. On 20-01-2012 at 1650hrs, Police formally arrested and charged Allister Kendol Browne of Little Dix Hill for Unlawful Possession of Cannabis with Intent and Unlawful Possession of Cannabis to supply the above captioned offence. He was served with copies of his charges and processed.
OBSTRUCTING A POLICE OFFICER
On 18-01-2012 at 1150hrs, Police formerly arrested and charged Lloyd Graham of Fat Hogs Bay, native of Jamaican, for the offences of Obstructing and Assault on Police Officer.
