DISORDERLY CONDUCT
1. On 08-07-2012 at 2100hrs, Police formally charged a 15-year-old male of the Valley Virgin Gorda for the offences of Disorderly Conduct, Indecent Language, Driving without Driver’s License, Drive Unlicensed Vehicle, Driving an Uninsured Vehicle and Driving without Front Identification Plate. He was granted bail in the sum of $5000 with one signed surety for his appearance in the Juvenile Court on 19-07-2012.
2. On 09-07-2012 at 1503hrs, Police formally charged Fernando Samuel, 36, of The Valley Virgin Gorda for Disorderly Conduct, Indecent Language, Assault with Intent to Prevent Lawful Apprehension and Escape from Lawful Custody. Samuel was granted police bail in the sum of $5,000 signed with one surety for his appearance in Magistrate’s Court in Virgin Gorda on 30-07-2012.
COMMON ASSAULT
On 10-07-2012 at 0720hrs, Police formally charged Troy William, 37, a native of St. Lucia and resident of The Valley Virgin Gorda for Common Assault and two counts of Damaging Property. William was granted police bail in the sum of $5,000 with one signed surety for his appearance at the Magistrate’s Court at Virgin Gorda on 30-07-2012 at 1000hrs.
BEING ARMED WITH AN OFFENSIVE WEAPON
On 10-07-2012 at 0720hrs, Police arrested and charged Olinda Dainty, 33, native of Guyana, residing in The Valley, Virgin Gorda for the offense of Being Armed with an Offensive Weapon.
ASSAULT OCCASIONING ACTUAL BODILY HARM
1. On 10-07-2012 at 2115hrs, Police arrested and charged Denzil Mathews of Purcell Estate for Assault Occasioning Bodily Harm.
2. On 13-07-2012 at 1255hrs, Police formally charged Porfinio Suero for Assault Occasioning Actual Bodily Harm, Armed with an Offensive Weapon and Threatening Language. Suero was granted police bail in the sum of $10.000 with one surety for his appearance at the Magistrate’s Court on 13-08-2012.
HANDLING STOLEN GOODS
On 10-07-2012 at 1200hrs, Police formally charged Juan Martin Pimental-Taveras of Purcell Estate for the offence of Handling Stolen Goods.
BURGLARY
On 11-07-2012 at 2015hrs, Police arrested and formally charged a 16-year-old male residing at Botanic Station the offence of Burglary. He was granted police bail in the sum of $5,000 with one surety for his appearance at Magistrate’s Court on the 16-07-2012.
ASSAULT ON POLICE
On 12-07-2012 at 0016hrs, Police arrested and charged Shakeel Pondt, 25, of Valley, Virgin Gorda for Assault on Police.
INDECENT ASSAULT
On 13-07-2012 at 1600hrs, Police arrested and charged Desmond Jardine, 50, of Paraquita Bay on two counts of Indecent Assault.
