CRIMINAL DAMAGE
On June 12 at 4:00am, Police arrested and charged 30-year-old Ken Julien a native of Grenada who resides at Huggins Apartment, The Valley, Virgin Gorda for the offence of Criminal Trespass. Â His arrest is as a result of a report made on June 12, 2011.
Julien was granted police bail in the sum of $5,000 with one surety for his appearance in Magistrate’s Court on June 28, 2011.
DISORDERLY CONDUCT
On June 12 at 8:35am, Police arrested and charged 21–year-old Marley Donovan for Disorderly Conduct in a police station and Indecent Language. He was granted bail in the sum of $3000 signed with one surety for his appearance before the Magistrate’s Court on June 17, 2011.
BURGLARY
On June 12 at 11:00pm, Police arrested Mitchell Brewley of Long Trench for the offence of Burglary and Criminal Damage. Â His arrest is as a result of a report made on June 12, 2011.
POSSESSION OF CANNABIS
1. On June 16 at 2:55pm, a 17-year-old was formally charged for the offence of unlawful possession of cannabis. He was granted police bail in the sum of $5,000 with one surety for his appearance before the Youth Court on 28-06-2011.
2. On June 18 at 11:10pm, Police arrested and charged Orley Miguel Smith of Purcell Estate for Unlawful Possession of Cocaine and Possession of Offensive Weapon. Occurrence took place on June 18, 2011.
INDECENT ASSAULT
On June 17 at 11:40pm, Police arrested and charged Bentley Roach of Fahie Hill for the offence of one (1) count of Indecent Assault.  Roach was granted police bail in the sum of $15,000.00 with one surety for his appearance before the Magistrate’s Court on Virgin Gorda on June 22, 2011.
ASSAULT
On June 17 at 8:00pm, Police arrested and charged 34-year-old Alston Penn a native of Tortola, BVI residing at Parham Town for Assault on police, Destroying Property and Indecent Language.  Penn was granted police bail in the sum of $5,000 with one surety for his appearance before the Magistrate’s Court on July 13, 2011.
ASSAULT OCCASIONING ACTUAL BODILY HARM
On June 17 at 9:10am, Police arrested and charged Lynton Scatliffe of Horse Path for the offence of assault occasioning actual bodily harm. Scatliffe was granted police bail in the sum of $5000 with one surety for his appearance before the Magistrate’s court on June 29, 2011 at 9:00am. His arrest is as a result of a report made on June 17, 2011.
DESTROYING PROPERTY
On June 18 at 2:30am, Police arrested and charged a 15-year of Vanterpool Estate, a 17-year-old of Old Plantation, 19-year-old Romney Thomas of Sound Road and Johan Luna of Fat Hogs Bay for Destroying Property and Throwing Missiles. Â Their arrests were as a result of a report made on June 18, 2011.
