On 14-05-2012 at 1700hrs, Police arrested and charged a 17-year-old male of Ballast Bay on three counts of Burglary.

On 15-05-2012 at 1445hrs, Police arrested and charged 51-year-old man of Greenland on four (4) counts of Unlawful sexual intercourse with a girl under the age of sixteen.
ASSAULT OCCASIONING ACTUAL BODILY HARM
On 17-05-2012 at 1043hrs, Police arrested and charged Eyan Bryan of Diamond Estate for Assault Occasioning Actual Bodily Harm.
KEEPING FIREARM WITHOUT LICENCE
On 17-05-2012 at 1913hrs, Police arrested and charged Calvin Clifton Weeks of Huntums Ghut for Keeping Unlicensed Firearm and Unlawful Possession of Ammunition.
UNLAWFUL POSSESSION OF CANNABIS
On 18-05-2012, Police arrested and charged Gavin Richards, 27 years, for Unlawful possession of cannabis.
IMPORTATION OF CANNABIS
1. On 18-05-2012 at 1342hrs, Police arrested and charged Khoy Frett, 41 years, for Importation of cannabis, Being concerned in the supply of a controlled drug and Unlawful possession of cannabis
2. On 18-05-2012 at 1342hrs, Police arrested and charged for Wilbert Donovan, 47 years, Importation of cannabis, Being concerned in the supply of a controlled drug and Unlawful possession of cannabis
3. On 18-05-2012 at 1342hrs, Police arrested and charged Suruj Persaud, 27 years, for Importation of cannabis, Being concerned in the supply of a controlled drug and Unlawful possession of cannabis

I understand not naming the 17 year old thief although the name published and some public humiliation may help stop these thieves. But why is the 51 year old charged with statutory rape not mentioned?
because the young lady is under age
the name of the 51 year old was not published as there is a minor involved. If his name was published then the identity of the minor can be found out easily.
