On 20-05-2012 at 1130hrs, Police arrested and charged 47-year-old Al Henley of Cane Garden Bay for Assault Occasioning Actual Bodily Harm.

OFFERING TO SUPPLY A CONTROLLED DRUG

On 21-05-2012 at1730hrs, Police arrested and charged 15-year-old female of East End and 15-year-old male of Zion Hill for Supplying or offering to supply a controlled drug and possession of a controlled drug respectively. Their parents were informed.

INFLICTING GRIEVOUS BODILY HARM

1. On 21-05-2012 at 1545hrs, Police arrested and charged Stephen France, 27 years, citizen of the United Kingdom and residing at Long Bush, Tortola for the offences of (1) Inflicting Grievous Bodily Harm, (2) Disorderly Conduct and (3) Affray. France was granted bail in the sum of $30,000 to appear at the Magistrate Court on the 15-08-2012.

2. On 25-05-2012 at 2255hrs, Police arrested and charged Kevin Stoddard, 29 years, of Baughers Bay for Inflicting Grievous Bodily Harm.

THREAT TO MURDER

On 21-05-2012 at 1645hrs, Police arrested and charged Joseph Rosan, 39, of Sage Mountain Tortola for the following offences (1) Threat to Murder (2) Threatening Language (3) Disorderly Conduct (4) Common Assault (5) Affray. Rosan was granted bail in the sum of $30,000 with surety for him to appear at Her Majesty’s Court on the 15-08-2012.

UNLAWFUL POSSESSION OF COCAINE

On 22-05-2012 at 1900hrs, Police arrested and charged Cedric Creque of Main Street for Unlawful Possession of Cocaine.

COMMON ASSAULT

1. On 21-05-2012 at 1147hrs, Police arrested and charged 32-year-old Maya Riether of USA for the offence of Common Assault.

2. On 22-05-2012 at 2310hrs, Police arrested and charged 16-year-old male of Free Bottom for the offence of Common Assault, Threatening Language, and Possession of a Control Drug.

THEFT

On 22-05-2012 at 1500hrs, Police formally arrested and charged Jakeil Harrigan of Harrigan Estate for theft. Incident took place at UP’S Cinema Parking Lot.

    Fact: The British Virgin Islands police have since dropped all charges against me, after I requested to speak with someone from the American consulate.

    I was the person who originally called the police for assistance in the first place, after I was brutally attacked—twice, by the same drunken, violent man.
