BURGLARY
On 01-06-2012 at 1415hrs, Police arrested and charged 32-year-old Jeremy Williams of Horse Path for the offence of Burglary.
ASSAULT OCCASIONING ACTUAL BODILY HARM
1. On 27-05-2012 at 1155hrs, Police arrested and charged 24-year-old Shamir Kevin Ballentyne of Chalwell Estate for the offence of Assault Occasioning Actual Bodily Harm.
2. On 28-05-2012 at 1500hrs, Police arrested and charged Cecil Marsham of Baughers Bay for Assault Occasioning Actual Bodily Harm. Marsham was granted police bail in the sum of $10,000 with one surety for his appearance at the Magistrate’s Court on 29-05-2012.
UNLAWFUL POSSESSION OF CANNABIS
On 29-05-2012 at 1155hrs, Police arrested and charged Kimron George of Valley, Virgin Gorda for Unlawful Possession of Cannabis.
CARRYING AN UNLICENCED FIREARM
On 26-05-2012 at 1715hrs, Police arrested and charged David James of Purcell Estate on a warrant in the first instance for the offence of Carrying an Unlicensed Firearm and Unlawful Possession of Explosives.
DRIVING UNLICENCED AND UNINSURED VEHICLE
1. On 30-05-2012 at 1750hrs, Police arrested and charged Nowel Francis of Carrot Bay driver of motor van PX83 for driving unlicensed and uninsured vehicle. He was served with copies of his charges and prisoner’s right. Francis was granted police bail in the amount of $2,000 for his appearance at Magistrate’s Court on 07-06-2012.
2. On 30-05-2012 at 1215hrs, Police arrested and charged Asaiah Frett of Long Look for driving unlicensed and uninsured vehicle, use identification on vehicle to which it was not assign to. The vehicle in question had two different identification registration plates.
ASSAULT ON POLICE
On 30-05-2012 at 2100hrs, Police arrested and charged Kevin Tyson of Purcell Estate with three counts of Assault on Police Officer; one count of being Armed With An Offensive Weapon; one count of Indecent language; one count of Common Assault.
