Thanks for asking about my Real Estate Cases … These are still ongoing and as you recall they resulted when I helped Persons who turned around and took me to Court in order to steal my land in one instance and in the other instance set out to stop me constructing a Building to provide Medical Care for the People of the BVI… In both cases they used the Courts for Personal Gain.

You may also recall from the very beginning I said those Persons knew they were wrong and I begged them to discontinue their malicious intentions because I was not afraid to fight for Right although close friends & family told me to give up for there was no chance of surviving against these giants especially since all recognized them as wicked, corrupt, greedy & evil Demons.

Too few understand that while I may be the one being persecuted it remains our Social Services & you the People that are really on trial… This is so true that even with their Friends, Colleagues & Lawyers pushing to turn my Right into Wrong it is taking them years to deliver simple Justice… They all know I have done nothing wrong and I am just another Victim of the System.

Evidence shows the instance of Charges in relation to Injunction against my Construction were so ridiculous that even with endless delays & postponements they still lost and the Judge not only ruled in my favour but directed them to pay all my costs… However, as Officers of the Court, they have ignored the Judge’s Decision and instead play games that would get any us locked up.

It is such behavior that portrays our Justice System as broken and what they are doing to our Sons & Daughters seems no better than orchestrated Social Judicial Genocide… Their actions force the Youth into lives of Crime allowing Systems to lock them up & destroy their lives…
At home & abroad instead of standing against Injustice we kneel to call on Imaginary friends.

History shows the more we pray the worse the miscarriages of Justice and recent reports reveal that more than 2,000 men & women had to be freed from prison after being wrongly convicted.

This Cockroach Syndrome suggests a likelihood of over 200, 000 Persons wrongly convicted with some already executed and the question is, how can Courts undo these dreadful wrongs??

We are programmed to expect Something for Nothing which explains why we continue to received so many costly Legal, Religious & Political Holidays at a time when we are financially handicapped… These simple concerns spawn serious problems; especially since not all Laws are fair or just – Slavery was a Law – and Persons who believe Judges cannot be wrong are doomed.

We know my Cases stink of wickedness, Injustice & corruption and we have a natural right to expect those in Judgment would learn to inject the decency of Commonsense in the wisdom of their Judgment… We all would like to believe not all Apples in the Bunch are rotten but Authorities must also learn that not all of us are Lynch-proxies or mindless slaves.

The one thing that puts our Indigenous people above other slave descendants is our outright ownership of Real estate/ Land… If we lose that then we have lost ourselves as a People… To ignore this would be suicide so I am still compiling Evidence & Data so that over the coming weeks I will go into details about these planned ‘Greed-events’ designed to destroy our People.

We are so much in denial that many of our own will still prefer to close eyes to reality but if you have looked at the state & condition of too many of our Youth you may finally understand why our Children cannot survive as a free People if mal-practices of these Systems remain unchanged.
You may even realize this was & is never about me but about you and the Babies in your Arms.
