Press Release: CCT would like to inform our valued customers that we are undertaking a major network upgrade.

As a consequence of that we are currently experiencing technical difficulties.

CCT engineers are working diligently to normalize services immediately.

CCT appreciate the continued support of our customers and would like to sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused by the service difficulties, as we continue with the upgrade.

    the company trying there best to stay in the competition with those 2 Caribbean company that has way more money than them than can afford to do there upgrade in less time than them. When November come and CCT launch them new upgrade all of you guys going to want renew contracts and you’ll WILL NOT GET SHT!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Why does it take so long for a notice to be sent out??? So freakin disrespectful. I am spending my hard earned money CCT. Ya’ll have to do better than this!!! Why should I have to hear on the street WEEEEKS before the official notice is published, that the company I pay $119 to every month faithfully, is in the process of upgrading and that’s why my texts, calls and data that I have PAID FOR don’t work? Does that even sound remotely sensible? CHUPPPZZZZZ It takes so much for me to be fed up and let me tell you I am there!

    Yesterday was the first time I realized how much I depended on CCT internet services. There’s a bright side to look at (for me atleast), thanks alot CCT, because of you, my vocabulary and grammar increased substantially yesterday. For lack of Internet, my boredom got sooo far up there, I started reading books. (Read two books yesterday). Thanks a mil.

    just last night i get a phone call on my land line (yes i still have one), telling me how they calling my cell phone since last week and can’t get through. CCT really? I try to support local own. I TRIED lime shakey right now but it’s them or Digi real soon.

    I love CCT internet dish. I did not like being off yesterday. But I am NOT switching.

    They are better off closing down. I’m patiently waiting for my contract to expire so that I can switch to the bigger, better network.

    My contract can’t expire quick enough. I hope when I go to pay my bill at the end of the month I see some sort of compensation for the internet service im paying for that I’m not getting.

      I agree with you 100% Had It.I have had it with them a long time tooooo. I have not being getting no good service from August up to this present day. I soooooo can’t wait for my contract to expire I will be telling CCT goodbye! They are sick to the stomach now with this tired statment about system being upgraded.
