CCT would like to inform its valued customers that cellular service levels have been fully restored in Jost Van Dyke and surrounding areas.
CCT’s investigation into the degradation in service revealed issues affecting one of the cellular sites used to provide service.
As a result of the new network solution implemented by CCT to resolve the issues, the cellular service level has not only been restored in Jost Van Dyke and surrounding areas, but it has also been significantly improved in specific areas like Great Harbour and White Bay.
CCT would like to apologize for any inconvenience caused to our valued customers by this network issue.
