The Conservation and Fisheries Department is inviting the public to join them for the annual Environment Month Sunset Service at the Cane Garden Bay Park next to Myett’s Restaurant on Saturday, June 30.

The evening will feature a tour and the history of the Calllwood Rum Distillery, a tour of Myett’s Restaurant ‘Green’ Display and a demonstration by Green VI, beginning at 5 p.m.

The Sunset Service will begin immediately after at 5:30 p.m. featuring a sermonette by Pastor Melvin Turnbull.

Persons interested in attending, a public bus service will be provided from the Department’s parking lot area adjacent to the market square at 4:15 p.m. and 4:30 p.m., returning after the Sunset Service. Additionally, participants are asked to wear comfortable footwear and clothing and light refreshments will be served.
