The Environmental Health Division is advising all persons operating food booths during the Emancipation Festival that they must register with the Office.

Registration forms can be collected at the Environmental Health Division located on the 3rd floor of the Old Administration Building on Main Street. Forms must be submitted with valid government approved identification. Persons must also submit a list of the names of all food handlers to be employed at the booth. Copies of all food handlers’ cards must also be provided.

The Environmental Health Division is warning all food booth operators that failure to register will result in booths being barred from operation at the Festival Villages.

For more information on the registration of food booths for operation at the Emancipation Festival Villages, telephone the Environmental Health Division at 468-5110.
