The met this weekend made the association look real bad. wha that!!!!
maybe it was not properly advertized. Then they charge the kids $5.00 each to run. NOT EVEN A MEDAL. What’s that !!!! Need the track po-po. They need to give the people back their money. You only pay entry fees when there are tangible awards at the end. Someone plz clarify the $5.00. The development mets were $1.00 why the big jump.

Also i am sure the President was there doing nothing but tek pictures. Couldnt he have posted one of the pics for the day. He highlighted so many athletes he could have used one of their pic.
MAYBE THERE ARE MORE SPECTATORS IN THAT PIC THAN IN ALL THOSE OF THIS WEEK. HE JUST WANNA LOOK GOOD WHN THOSE WH WERE THERE SAW THE SHAMBLE OF A MEET.

i agree with you completely. this meet was a joke. but as i understand it, they are trying to raise money to take the team to jamaica. and the funny thing is i heard that there are quite a few people in the age groups who are supposedly injured and could not try out, so i am waiting to see if those same people will get picked to go. the bvi amateur athletic association is a very big JOKE!! i dont know why they cannot travel with a small contingent if those are who came to the trials. they go with people whether they qualify or not – that is the bvi problem. once you are from a particular club, you will be chosen to go… no STANDARDS whatsover!!!
