“.. I will kill you and eat you raw” – Man accused of harassing complainant

A feud between two local men culminated with one man threatening to “kill and eat” the other.
Michael Lloyd, who appeared before Senior Magistrate Valerie Stephens on February 2 to answer to the charges of resisting arrest, threatening language, assault on police and indecent language, pleaded not guilty to all of the offenses.
Crown Counsel Herbert Potter, in outlining the allegations, said the defendant and the virtual complainant (VC) had a matter that went to the High Court, and that following the matter the defendant continued to harass the VC, which resulted in a court order being made forbidding the defendant from interfering with the complainant in any way.
It is alleged that on December 21, 2011, the VC was driving home when the defendant drove his pickup truck in front of him and blocked his way. The VC is said to have driven an alternative route, but it was alleged that the defendant came and tried to run him off the road.
Following the incident the complainant went to the Cane Garden Bay Police Station where the defendant also drove to. The defendant allegedly shouted in the presence of a police officer “F@#k all ayo mother sk@#”.
An officer asked Lloyd to stop and reminded him of the order that forbade him from harassing the VC but the defendant continued saying: “F@#k you, you mother sk$%.” The officer then told Lloyd that he was going to arrest him, but when the officer tried to put the handcuff on Lloyd, the defendant pushed the officer in his chest with his right hand. Another officer had to assist in restraining the defendant.
While restrained the defendant is accused of shouting loudly: “Nicolas Rhymer I will kill you and eat you raw.”
The defendant was placed in a cell at the Cane Garden Bay Police Station and then transported to the Road Town Police Station.
His trial was set for March 27. In the meantime Senior Magistrate Stephens imposed a condition of bail for Lloyd to stay away from the VC.

Only three things can get a man so angry that he wants to kill and eat his foe… woman, land, and money. I wonder which is it but, never-the-less this guy in custody seems sincere with his threats and should be taken seriously. An examination should be done on him to see if he’s mentally sick if not, lock him up til he comes to his senses or he WILL kill the other man or vise-versa.

Let me give you some advice a dirty police partner of mines from back home……File your report and if the cops don’t handle this man and he come around you playing again you have alrights to KILL HIM(of course your just defending yourself)and while there is a record of problems on file……no jury will convict you…….trust me dude IT WORKS…..just a wors to the wise or you can continue being his BITCH.

Do you think people are really glad that a 19 year old lost his life? Given the current climate of robberies, muggings etc. what do you think would’ve happened if they had let the ‘little’ boy ‘run away’. Who would he have targeted next? Information also suggests he was up to no good earlier that same night, same intentions. He had a sawed off shot gun! Look it up!
So, while I don’t rejoice in a young man being killed, look at the bigger picture. People have a right to protect life and family. A man put a shot gun in my face for my chain, he has on a mask, he knows me, I don’t know him. What will he do next. Next he’d be knocking down my door where my family and I are trying to sleep and I’m supposed to put my faith in these ‘ticket’ cops we have here? Get real!! I just hope that when a ‘kid’ sticks up you and/or your family you pat him on his back and read him a mother goose book!

I agree! There is more to this story for sure but it is my hope that Mr. Lloyd will move on and get himself together. All best to both gentlemen.
