Elroy M. Henley, Jr. was born in Chattanooga, TN.
He is the son of the late Corrine Milliner, a graduate of Charlotte Amalie High School and the 1st runner up for carnival queen in 1970 in St. Thomas, VI and Elroy Henley, Sr. of Cane Garden Bay, Tortola (Mongoose Apartments).
Elroy is currently attending college in Atlanta.
He was chosen for The Halle Foundation Program and is now in Germany for 2 weeks.
