Chairman of the board and CEO of the Coca-Cola Company Muhtar Kent

Leaders from across the Virgin Islands community, have a unique chance on Thursday, October 20, 2011 to access the knowledge and experience of eleven internationally-acclaimed leaders by attending the Chick-fil-A Leadercast.

The event, which is being coordinated by Ballast & Capel Ltd. and Smith & Associates, is to be held at the H. Lavity Stoutt Community College.

The Chick-fil-A Leadercast is a one-day leadership development event recorded in Atlanta and broadcast to hundreds of sites globally.

This year’s theme is Voices of Changeand includes the following speakers:
- John Maxwell, Leadership expert & best-selling author of “The 21 Irrefutable Laws of Leadership”
- Seth Godin, Entrepreneur, marketing expert, & best-selling author of 12 books including “Linchpin”
- Dan Cathy, President & COO of Chick-fil-A, Inc.
- Muhtar Kent, Chairman of the board and CEO of The Coca-Cola Company
- Suzy Welch, Best-selling author, television commentator, and noted business journalist.

The coordinators believe in the event’s vision that the echo of a leader’s voice is infinite. Its impact is immeasurable. “That’s why it’s our desire that Voices of Change will help VI Leaders articulate and demonstrate the power of change through positive leadership at work, at home and in the community.”
