The Management of LIATÂ wishes to inform that flight LI 320 travelling from Dominica to Antigua on Wednesday, February 23 with 47 passengers on board, diverted to the Le Raizet Airport in Guadeloupe after an indicator light illuminated in the cockpit.
As a precautionary procedure, emergency services were on standby and the landing was uneventful with no injury to passengers or crew or damage to the aircraft.
Arrangements are being made for the affected passengers to be accommodated on another LIAT service.
The aircraft is being examined by the company’s maintenance staff and will undergo the various checks as stipulated by the manufacturer’s maintenance manual before being returned to service.
