How about other areas too? The Conservation Department claims it oversees the Carrot Bay reclamation. Area, per a large sign, yet it is full of junk boats and cars and broken bottles and recently fuel spilling over the ground. BTW taxi drivers point to it a the pride of the village! It’s a disgrace.
