This Saturday May 22nd the 3rd Buzzbee Bicycle Racing is taking place at the HLSCC grounds.

The racing will be held rain or shine. Registration with a parent or guardian starts at 11am and the first race starts at 12:30pm sharp. Each age group will be guaranteed 3 races. Sign in on time to get in your practice runs.
“With summer just around the corner I have already started organizing summer programs,” said Chris Ghiorse director of BSAFE. “With these Buzzbee events I am not only looking to see who has talent, but also for students who are truly keen to ride and compete. Bicycle racing takes a lot of time and energy. There are a few young riders emerging that have shown me unwavering commitment to the sport and I hope I can keep increasing their desire to ride. Ultimately someone is going to develop into an accomplished rider capable of representing the BVI abroad.”
Current series leaders are listed. A full points list will be posted at the next event. Winners of the series will win a BMX bike worth $400. Under 8 categories are not eligible for these prizes. The final is scheduled for Saturday July 10th.
