No cut-off time for replacing belonger cards

The Civil Registry and Passport Office is informing the public that in an effort to better meet the needs of its customers, the six month period granted to existing card holders to replace their cards without incurring a fee has been lifted indefinitely.
Persons with the old Belonger Card can come into the office at their convenience to change the cards free of charge to the new Electronic Belonger Card. The policy for new card holders remains unchanged.
