Team Dominica
Results of Last evening’s (Friday) volleyball games and closing ceremonies:-
BVI defeated Montserrat in straight sets 25-12, 25-10 & 25-21 and earned the Bronz Medal and advance to the Norceca 2nd round of the World Championships Tournament.
Dominica defeated St Kitts in 5 set thriller 25-22, 19-25, 20-25, 25-23 & 15-13 to earn the Gold Medal and advance to the Norceca 2nd round of the World Championships Tournament.
Overall standings and individual awards trophy:-
3rd place – Team BVI
2nd place – Team St. Kitts
1st place- Team Dominica
Best Server – Julian Seraphine # 11 of Dominica
Best Receiver – St. Clair Hodge # 7Â of St Kitts and Nevis
Best Setter – Norville Brathwaite # 11 of BVI
Best Spike – Ronald Bruno # 8 of Dominica
Best Block – Jason Liburd # 4 of SKN
Best Libero – Kemoroy Percival # 11 of SKN
Best Scorer – Sean Seabrooks # 12 of SKN
Best Digger – Julian Seraphine of Dominica
