As an organisation we strive to provide excellent service and be recognised and respected as the consummate operator of ultra luxury hotels in desirable destinations and we are extremely proud of our internal guests (employees) who have excelled at delivering unparalleled levels of service here in the British Virgin Islands.”

Duncan Hogarth, Managing Director at Rosewood Little Dix Bay Resort, said that the Tenure Awards Ceremony was an annual celebration of the staff’s achievements, both in length of service and service excellence.  Furthermore he highlighted the fact that visitors to the resort frequently commented on the warmth and friendliness of the staff at Rosewood Little Dix Bay making it a truly special experience for them and bringing them back to visit time and time again.

“The awards given tonight are testament to the highest levels of service and commitment that we all can achieve.” he said.

If we, as a destination, do not provide the quality and standard of service our guests are accustomed to or do not go above and beyond what is expected, we risk losing them to our competitors.
