Tart Making––the Virgin Islands Way

The Office of Centres and Institutes at HLSCC will be conducting a course on “Tart Making––the Virgin Islands Way” on Tuesday 13 and Wednesday 14 December at the Paraquita Bay Campus.
Facilitator will be Mrs. Jennie Wheatley, a prominent BVIslander dedicated to preserving local culture, and a founding director of the College’s Virgin Islands Studies Programme. Registration deadline is Friday 9 December.
