Temporary interruption of water supply

The Water and Sewerage Department wishes to advise customers in the areas of Huntums Ghut, Lower Estate and Long Bush that there will be a temporary interruption in their water supply. Customers in these areas will experience low water pressure at least until tomorrow afternoon.
The Desalination Plant at the Elmore Stoutt High School is experiencing low water levels. Consequently, the Water and Sewerage Department is currently working on that challenge and anticipates the normal water supply to be regularized by 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday 23rd March, 2010.
The Department sincerely regrets any inconvenience that this interruption may cause and asks the affected customers for their usual patience and understanding.
