Tourist Board to relaunch online training in 2013

The British Virgin Islands Tourist Board is to relaunch its Natures Little Secrets Agents online training programme next year.
Its new programme will include five compulsory and three optional modules that agents must complete to become a ‘Specialist Agent’ and earn rewards, covering the destination and types of holiday.
After reaching the status agents can register bookings to earn a group fam trip place.
BVI will also undertake several roadshows with the top selling agents to win awards throughout the year including the star prize of a holiday to the BVIs.
New features on its agent website include a private forum for travel agents and access to advice.

Relaunch? Does this mean that we had this training program before?
Maybe we can hire someone to train our BVI tourism board staff before we start training agents?
