Traffic interruption in North Sound, Virgin Gorda

The Ministry of Communications and Works is informing motorists that a portion of North Sound road from Mango Bay to Hill Well will be closed today from 9:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. to facilitate road repairs. Motorists are asked to use the alternate road through Nail Bay. The Ministry regrets any inconvenience caused.

So why werent the barriers moved to let traffic through after 3pm seeing as no work had been acrried out today!
