The Department of Information and Public Relations and the Conservation and Fisheries Department are inviting the public to tune in to ZBVI 780AM and CBN Channel 51 tomorrow evening, Tuesday, June 1 at 7 o’clock for a live broadcast of the GIS Public Eye programme.
Featured guests will be employees from Conservation and Fisheries Department who will be discussing the upcoming Environment Month activities, which will be celebrated throughout the territory during the month of June, under the theme “Biodiversity: Connecting with Nature”.
The programme, which is interactive, allows for call-ins and responses via email. Interested persons can call 468-2355, or can send their questions via email at [email protected] Participants will also have a chance to win prizes.
GIS Public Eye is re-broadcast on JTV Channel 55 on Sundays at 1:30 p.m. and on CBN Channel 51 at various times. For more information, please contact the department at 468-3701 ext. 2139.
