A new code is well and good and educating the public of the all aspects of the code is vital BUT without strict ENFORCEMENT the Code will be useless!! “Cleaver” employers will continue to try to circumvent it by advertising jobs with phony and/or puffed up job descriptions thereby keeping BVI Islanders/belongers out. Some say plainly that they prefer persons who have worked in the UK. Lets see if they continue to get away with it.
i guess they like to see the smile on her face thats why they keep putting that pic
I was having a real lousy day, but when I read Ray’s comment I bust out in laugh, rolling on the floor. So funny and so true!
Thanks for making my day Ray!!

I luv you bvinews, but that file photo of the lovely Labour Commissioner Mrs. Oleanvine Maynard is a bit tiring. I know she has more than one frock, granted that one is lovely. Every article about her, we see her in the same black frock. I know she has a closet full of loverly frocks. I would like to see some more.
