Jamaica's Usain Bolt, fourth from bottom, false starts from the Men's 100m final at the World Athletics Championships in Daegu on Sunday. Bolt was disqualified and Jamaican Yohan Blake won the gold.
Usain Bolt again did the unbelievable when it mattered most in the 100Â meters.
This time, no gold medal or world record, but a false start and straight elimination from the world championships in a race he has dominated since 2008.
However, Jamaican Yohan Blake grabbed the chance of a lifetime when he stormed to the 100 metres world title on Sunday after fellow-Jamaican  Bolt’s disqualification.
Blake, 21, won his first major title in 9.92 seconds from Walter Dix of the United States (10.08) and the 2003 champion Kim Collins of St Kitts and Nevis (10.09).
Bolt is the world record holder and three-times champion from the 2008 and 2009 Olympics, and the all-out favourite to win gold on Sunday en route to another treble.

Mr. Bolt is a professional. He has already recovered, and shall continue to dominate. I may not like his antics, but I shall cheer for him and defend him until he retires. Imagine, Jamaica’s #3 sprinter STILL win the title of “World’s Fastest Man.” WOW!
Most of us cheer whenever ANY West Indian does well. Also, the winning country shares their victory with the Caribbean. This has included, as many of you may recall, St Kitts, BVI, Jamaica, Barbados, T&T and now, Grenada. It is us against the world, not each other.
I am glad the small number of negative, asinine and hateful comments posted here do not reflect the overall feelings of us all. Proud am I to be a Virgin Islander & a West Indian.

I had watched that event and I was already vexed seeing how he displayed a lot of boastfulness. I told myself “don’t be too confident now,Bolt”. And then it happened.
I like Usain but lord he likes to show off to much!! Before the race he was focusing on dusting of her shoulders to the right and left signifying that those place there would not win then you see what happened!
Humility is always the key to continued success.
