On June 4, 2011, Class four students of the Willard Wheatley Primary School hard at work planting the School’s main flower bed lead by the East Beautification Committee members.

The Willard Wheatley Primary School rehabilitation project is “underway”, says Premier Ralph T. O’Neal, but actual construction has not yet begun.

The project would facilitate the removal of the existing staff room and replacing it “with one that is more comfortable and appropriate for use by our hardworking and dedicated teachers,” said the Premier.

The first phase of the project was to relocate the existing facility to the current resource center building for occupancy by the teachers during the construction of a “proper staff room.”

Premier O’Neal said the intention is to have the present Staff Room ready so that it can be used at the beginning of the new school year.

“I expect that we would be able to achieve this goal and if not be very close to achieving it,” he said.

The current designs for the new staff room have been completed and after Cabinet’s consideration, construction would begin.

He told the House of Assembly that a possible tendering process would have to be undertaken for the construction phase.

She is also hope for the entire country but some of the people in the 8th are just foolish to see what a grwat woman they have to take the country to a much higher level intationally. People in general are talking that she hasn’t done nothing but their seem not to understand what is goin on in her own district where there are some want, want as much as they can get and if them can’t get them complain and bad talk her and also member of the same dam committee them use to be in. Things had to change and she has done that in the proper manner. As for people of the NDP, them don’t have one thing good to say about her but the lord will see her through and I pray and hope that she gets re-elected and show what she can do for her district and the country on a whole.
