UPDATE: Cops seek armed man for threat, indecent exposure

The Royal Virgin Islands Police Force (RVIPF) has released more information about an man who they need the public’s help identifying and locating. The man is accused of a sex-related offence.

Police said “the male perpetrator is described as dark in complexion, slim built, and about 5’7″ tall.”

The man, who was said to be armed, exposed himself indecently at Long Bay Beach on August 30.

He also allegedly threatened a woman, said the RVIPF.

“Police are following several leads into a case of indecent exposure by a male at the Long Bay Beach on the western end of Tortola,” the law enforcers said.

“The perpetrator reportedly was armed with a machete, and threatened a female who was at the beach at the time. Police are seeking any information that could help to identify the perpetrator in this matter,” they added.
