I went into a certain hardware for supplies in December and asked why their prices were higher than before the storms since they were getting duty free. I was told that all the supplies were from before the hurricane and that when they got new shipments we would all see the benefit. Haven’t seen it to date. So they have been benefiting from no duty and adding on 10% or more. Well sah, now we will have to pay even more.

Also for some time they cut off contractors discounts but I believe that now is back.
