Two caught on camera allegedly stealing electronics

Two men who were allegedly caught on CCTV camera carting off several electronic appliances from a warehouse at Port Purcell have been arrested and charged by police, according to reports reaching BVI New Online.

It is understood that sometime this week, a manager at the facility was informed that several electronic items belonging to a local electronics store could not be located.

As a result, footage from the CCTV camera at the facility was reviewed, and two employees were seen removing the items.

It is understood that cops who were later informed went to the employees’ residence where the stolen items were found.

The men were arrested and charged with theft.

Meanwhile, BVI News understands that among the items stolen were Samsung Tablets, cell phones and video games.

It is not yet known when the men will appear before the court.
