45-year-old charged for sex with child
BVI News Online has confirmed that police have charged a 45-year-old resident of Purcell Estate on Tortola after he allegedly had sex with a girl below the age of consent.
The man is charged with two counts of unlawful sexual intercourse with a girl under 16 years.
Usually impeccable sources said the charges were laid yesterday, January 19.
Details of the case, including the man’s identity, are to be disclosed when the matter is mentioned in court.
