Terms of Sale
• Only sealed bids are accepted and must be addressed to “Asset Disposal Tender Committee”
• Sealed bid offers to be submitted by Monday, March 3, 2025, at 12:00 Noon
• Sealed bids must include: Name of bidder, the number and name of the asset, the bid amount
• Vehicles can be viewed at the Sol Fish Bay Depot starting Tuesday, Feb 25, 2025
• Sales are final on an as-is, where-is basis.
• Successful bidders are expected to remove these assets at their own cost
• The Asset Disposal Tender Committee reserves the right to refuse any bid
• The highest bid may not necessarily be accepted
