Criminal damage
On 25-01-2017 at 1900hrs – Police arrested and charged Rigoberto Calderon, 27, of Long Bush for Criminal Damage. Calderon was granted bail in the sum of $5,000 signed surety for his appearance at the Magistrates’ Court on 15-03-2017.
Illegal entry
1. On 01-26-2017 at 2145hrs – Police arrested and charged Chevon Russel, 36, a Jamaican national, for Illegal Entry.
2. On 01-26-2017 at 2155hrs – Police arrested and charged Gordon Junior Jack Benjamin, 25, native of Guyana, residing in St. Maarten for Illegal Entry.
Driving without driver’s licence
On 01-27-2017 at 1624hrs – Police arrested and charged Alvin Aliston Penn, 52, of Green Land for the following offences: 1. Driving Without Driver’s Licence; 2. Driving Uninsured Vehicle and 3. Driving an Unlicenced Vehicle. He was granted police bail in the sum of $3,000 with one surety for his court appearance at John’s Hole on 24-02-2017.
