Assisting an offender, theft, assault listed in latest arrest blotter
The Royal Virgin Islands Police Force (RVIPF) is reporting six arrests between February 3 and February 9.
The accused persons were implicated for a number of charges ranging from theft, common assault, and assisting an offender, among other things.
In its latest arrest blotter, the RVIPF listed those persons and their charges as follows:
Assisting an offender
Police arrested and charged Cane Garden Bay resident Allina Sprauve on February 3 for assisting an offender.
They arrested and charged a 17-year-old female of Fort Hill on the following day for the same offence.
Theft
On February 5, police arrested and charged 37-year-old Nesta Cornwall of Lower Estate for theft and common assault. He is to appear at Magistrate’s Court on March 8.
Disorderly conduct
Law enforcers arrested and charged 46-year-old Herman Horne of Baughers Bay for disorderly conduct in a police station, insulting language, and indecent language. He was arrested on February 6.
Overstaying
Also on February 6, police arrested and charged Luis Enrique Zapata-Rodriquez of Venezuela for overstaying.
Possession of proceeds on criminal conduct
On that same date, police arrested and charged Carnelius Fountain, a national of Antigua, and Daverson Williams, a national of St Vincent, for possession of proceeds of criminal conduct.
