B’More says Barbados show will be big career boost
Local artist, McKenzie “B’More” Baltimore who is down to perform at the Hennessy Artistry show in Barbados alongside several big names in the music industry said the move will no doubt serve as a big boost to his musical career.
“It’s going to be a packed weekend. This is probably the peak of my career when it comes to shows. This boost is a 100 percent,” he told BVI News Online in an exclusive interview.
Among the acts that are down to perform on December 2 are Movado, Tory Lanez, Beres Hammond, Sizzla, Lil Rick, Nikita and Fadda Fox.
B’More will perform on the final day when Jamaican dancehall artists Popcaan and Tony Matterhorn are expected to grace the stage.
Marz Ville, Stiffy, Riggo Swarve, King Ghetto among others who will be seeking to musically delight fans.
In the meantime, B’More has revealed that he is currently working on a number of new songs.
Speaking of his latest single “Take Over” produced by Andrew Scott, he said: “We wanted to mix the flavours as we know [how] music is. It is changing so quickly and we always want to stay in the loop.”
He added: “I’ve been writing, writing, writing like crazy.”
