Bound Tree Road closed for two months, starting April 20

Government Information Service (press release) – The public is notified that the Bound Tree road will be closed from April 20 for the duration of two months.

The purpose of the road closure is to facilitate works on the Harrigan Estate Rehabilitation Project which extends from the top of Fort Charlotte to the Sea Cows Bay Methodist Church which is identified as the Bound Tree road.

The scheduled road closure will be between the hours of 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and works are expected to be completed in June.

Motorists are asked to drive with extreme caution and to follow all road signs in the area as heavy machinery will be used on the road.

The Ministry of Communications and Works apologises for inconveniences caused during this time.
