CARICOM condemns attack on Jamaican consulate in Haiti
As Haiti continues to experience upheavals, the Caribbean Community (CARICOM) has condemned the recent attack on a building that houses the Jamaican consulate in that country.
Criminals attacked the Sun Auto Car Dealership in Port-au-Prince, Haiti, which is owned and operated by the Honorary Consul for Jamaica and also houses the Consulate. The establishment was set ablaze and ransacked.
“This act of violence has sadly caused the indefinite suspension of consular services offered by the Government of Jamaica. CARICOM strongly condemns this and other such acts which cause damage to property and people,” a statement from CARICOM said.
CARICOM has been leading ongoing dialogue towards a Haitian-led solution to the ongoing crises facing Haiti.
Recently, a United Nations report revealed that more than half of Haiti is experiencing acute hunger. The country was also recently hit with a 4.9 magnitude earthquake.
The 4.9 magnitude quake, which hit the City of Jérémie, caused deaths and further damage to the already fragile country. Haiti – the most vulnerable country in the Western Hemisphere – also recently experienced heavy rains that displaced more than 13,000 people.

Though it is violence, it’s the most advance civic and political country in the Caribbean, it shows a free liberated people and that hegemonical behavior of installing puppets like other part of the Caribbean just derive their prime ministers and leaders from, the youth are taking action against that. The rich or politicians are not insulated by state power to do as they please. We should look at this as something that will be learned across the Caribbean youths who are cynical of the direction their country is going. When Haiti free itself from slavery killing all the white planters the first in the new world, the world hegemony treat them with scorn to this day so it would not be copied. Only to keep that country in that mode of vengeance up to this day. Let us sit and embrace the youths of Haiti and only that can out the fire if we listen. Their dollar devaluation which is done by the white hegemony can change social conditions to bring peace.
I have not heard of Haiti being held up as a role model before. I always saw it as a warning.
I’m waiting for the people who are gonna make excuses for this.
Maybe the Clinton Foundation can help (again) by stealing millions of dollars in donations by generous Americans?

Since the Spaniards raping produce a molato color they believe they are Spaniards.the other so call independent countries are puppet independence neocolonial leadership joining the slave master ochestrated commonwealth to be lobbied by larg corporation to direct state resources to new upcoming white monopoly capital. And get monies including robbing public funds for doing so. The model of the BVI investigated COI is a wish for the independent Caribbean countries bawling under corruption.
