to the family of the deceased on their tragic loss. This has to be a most difficult time for them.
I cannot imagine what they are going thru now and the distress they are probably experiencing after having lost a family member during what should have been a happy and uneventful family cruise.
I trust that the family is given all the support they can get giving they are far away from home.
May she rest peacefully.
A lot of tourist comes to the Caribbean and swim in salt water for the first time of their life, places like Idaho, las Vegas is just lakes they swimming in, and the buoyancy is different than salt water, I think every airport should have warning signs about water buoyancy in salt and fresh water flotation since they are crazed to see white sand in comparison to mudded lakes and are over their head to just jump in to swim in our beautiful beaches, some with over intake of fluids or alcohol. Yes it’s been happening across the Caribbean where they go crazy for our blue water and white sands.
buoyancy is better in saltwater. The major difference between the two might be riptides. Nonetheless condolences to the family
Blue water and white sands are in many many places not just caribbean.. salt water floats you better than fresh water … the daily grind workload, peoples poor health and high stress, and lack of experience doing anything other than walking driving and typing , are what lead to these deaths.. at least she passed on , while finally living !
