Doctor charged with assaulting wife
BVI News understands that a doctor was recently arrested for physically assaulting his wife — the mother of his children.
It is understood that the doctor is an expatriate but his nationality is unknown at this time.
Reports are that the couple got into a heated argument about their children recently.
During the disagreement, the woman was allegedly beaten and could be heard screaming for help as her husband assaulted her. It’s also understood that neighbours came to assist, forcing the husband to lock himself in one of the rooms in the house.
Highly placed sources told our news centre the woman had blood and cuts on her face. BVI News also understands that this was not the first time the woman was allegedly abused by her husband. It is unclear whether the children were present at the time of the reported incident and whether they were hurt.
The police later arrested and charged the doctor who has since denied some of the allegations made against him.

Now doctor as an educated man you should know how to conduct yourself and respect your wife and kids keep peace in the house. Happy wife happy life repeat and rehearse it. Next time control your temper and exercise that energy in the bedroom.

Does it really matter what his nationality is or where he is from? IMO, it does not.
The main issue here is a husband and wife involved in an alleged domestic dispute where one had apparent physical injuries. Where they are from or their nationality does not change that fact.
At any rate, people need to learn to keep their hands to themselves (both sexes). You cannot get along for whatever reason(s)? just divorce, co-parent, and pay whatever child support that is ordered or needed to maintain your children.
I don’t wish to pass judgement simply based on this report; however, these domestic disputes can get really heated, and out of control.
Before things get to the level of physical violence, one should think real hard before they throw the first blow because that blow may blow up your career and make it difficult for you to maintain your job because you could not control your temper and be a man/woman and walk away.
I personally dislike and have no respect for any person, particularly men who put their hands on women especially the mother of their children. Control yourself or pay the price.
No one owns anyone even if you are married to them and have children with them. Keep your bloody hands to your self.
Some of these women aren’t innocent either. They start things and keep it going sometimes, and they too need to learn when and how to keep the peace in their homes as well.

This goes both ways. a lot of men get abused and do nothing. So why particularly men.

May I suggest that before you respond to a post, just read and understand it before responding to it.

My dislike for men hitting on women particularly women with children is that men should be there to protect their women and children, and not do the opposite.
So much of this domestic violence is learned behavior. Children seeing or aware of this behavior is damaging to them psychologically and sometimes become abusers themselves.
As I said previously, both sexes should keep their hands to themselves. Can’t get along, there is something called going your separate ways or divorce court.
Engage in domestic violence? Expect to catch a criminal charge, get locked up, and potentially loose your job. Before you abuse, think about that.

Physician heal thy self! From the wellness center to the hospital those frustrated fail exam doctors will always find a shortcut to some thing or someone in the chase for a more majestic life.

An officer who is brought up on charges is just that corrupt and without personal pride and respect. A drug dealer who uses his profession to hide the profits by buying trucks and boats is simply doing his laundry. One who teaches will always know what truth is what the real definition of broke is, broke is the struggle of parenthood by yourself, knowing that your alone for a reason, broke is having a loud dirt under the nails mother that loved you enough to put you out and now cant even come around your business for your fear of embarrassment. The news release states that the doctor is expatriate but it doesn’t give the nationality of the wife.
If the wife is a Virgin Islander, I hope that those who sit in judgement will view the allegations impartially.

You need a “Free Doctor” to treat that injury that you sustained from that fall when you were a baby.
Peebles’s hospital is a mess. Many of the men in there are either cheating on their wives with their coworkers or abusing their wives. The hospital turns a blind eye like they don’t know. That place is morally bankrupt. It’s a set of nasty, low minded men and women disguised as professionals.
