Flow customers reminded of easy online bill payment pptions

In keeping with its focus on providing an improved customer experience, Flow is reminding customers of its easy bill payment options.

Acting Country Manager, Lyndon Hodge noted, “Customers are advised that bill payments are due on the fifth of each month and automatic disconnections will take place within ten (10) days thereafter. Customers should expect to receive text reminder notifications with the amount of the bill, along with their account numbers to facilitate payments using any of the platforms available.”

Payment options include FastPay, a digital payment platform at https://discoverflow.co/british-virgin-islands/, the MyFlow App or external kiosks located outside of each Flow Retail Store.

The current online payment channels accept international credit cards and allow everyone, even persons residing outside the country, to pay bills.

He added, “Once the due bill is paid and the payment is recognised by the Flow system, the account will return to good standing and be reconnected automatically. It should be noted that new bills in BVI are generated on the 14th of each month.”

Accessing Fast Pay takes six easy steps:

  • Customers log onto the payment portal through the discoverflow.co website;
  • Click the Pay with Fastpay link on the website:
  • Enter their account number;
  • The amount to be paid;
  • Their email address to receive a receipt;
  • Then enter credit card information and confirm;

A similar process is required for use of the MyFlow App which can be downloaded from the Apple Store or Google Play Store.

Automatic disconnections will not take place on weekends or public holidays and there will be a comprehensive educational campaign for customers inclusive of radio PSAs, SMS reminders, Website Update and a press release.

    to any large business or government is safer with paper. Sorry but way too many times mysterious additional fees, taxes, allocations, rents, etc. appear on the receipts after a plastic transaction.
