Flow partners with BVI businesses to show customer appreciation

PRESS RELEASE: Flow customers will have an opportunity to win gift certificates, spa treatments and discounts on jewellery purchases during the month of February from the business community as a display of customer appreciation.

Flow Marketing and Communications Manager, Mrs Nadia J Harris said, “February is the month of appreciation and we are delighted to have partnered with a number of BVI businesses to provide various gifts as a display of appreciation to our customers and give back to the community.”

As part of the company’s Valentine promotions, customers will be entered into a draw for a chance to win prizes every week in February when they activate any two Prepaid Combo Plans, sign up for a new postpaid combo plan, or pay their bill in full. Participating businesses include Bella Blooms, Road Town Wholesale Limited, Tortola Auto Group, A House of Luxury, La Ambience Spa, Skin Etc. Salon, Beans Café, Journeys Health Spa, Driftwood Spa and Amara Spa.

In addition, Flow will be hosting a Valentine Pop Up Shop at Bucks Supermarket in Virgin Gorda on Saturday, February 16, from 11 am to 4 pm where the public will have an opportunity to sign up for services or get status updates on their service.

Mrs. Harris explained, “This year, our Pop Up Road Show series will focus on the Sister Islands as we continue to bring our store to the BVI community. Persons who have been unable to get to the store, will have an opportunity to meet with us directly at Bucks Supermarket in Virgin Gorda on Saturday February 16. We have also introduced a Flow Services Installation Call Centre where customers call follow up on the status of their installation, or reschedule an installation appointment by contacting 541-FLOW(3569) or 540-FLOW(3569), and speaking directly with a member of our Installation Experience Team.”
