Flow stores temporarily close due to Tropical Storm Ernesto
Telecommunications provider, Flow, is advising the public that its retail stores in the British Virgin Islands will be closed from 11am on Tuesday, August 13, tentatively until Thursday, August 15, due to the passage of Tropical Storm Ernesto.
Customers are encouraged to use the following digital channels to make payments, make a query or log a fault:
• Our Regional Customer Care Centre: 1800-804-2994;
• Our website at discoverflow.co; • FLOW Top Up App;
• The My Flow App;
• Our External Kiosks both at our Flagship store in Road Town and our Virgin Gorda Store remain operational for customers’ convenience.
In addition, prepaid customers will be able to benefit from bonus minutes and texts with the activation of a 7-day or 30-day Always On Combo plan and 100 local minutes, plus 3X data.
The bonus is valid for 2 days. Furthermore, broadband and postpaid customers will not be disconnected during this period. Payments can still be made via our external kiosks, FastPay,
My FLOW App, CIBC and Republic Bank. A further update on our operations will be provided by Thursday, August 15, following the passage of the weather. The Company activated its emergency procedures on Sunday, August 11, and will take all the necessary steps to secure the safety of our colleagues and infrastructure to ensure that our customers remain connected wherever possible. Once the All Clear has been given, Flow will advise customers, through the media, when normal business operations will resume
