UPDATE: Guns and ammo recovered after police raid in Cane Garden Bay

The Royal Virgin Islands Police Force (RVIPF) has indicated that it recovered two firearms along with several rounds of ammunition in Cane Garden Bay during an intelligence based operation on Friday, January 24.
This seizure is in addition to the four individuals arrested after search warrants were executed in the community.
While specific details regarding the arrests have not yet been disclosed, police confirmed they were connected to heightened gang activity in the vicinity.
The RVIPF has reported a 12% increase in crime for 2024, largely attributed to organised gang activity, including burglaries and robberies. While authorities noted significant arrests have been made to curtail these crimes, Cane Garden Bay has experienced an uptick in criminal activity so far this year.

I see the point you trying to make basically you’ll find the crime where you looking for it… at the same time the white people not shooting each other in the streets or robbing people homes and businesses at gunpoint or damaging people property with stay bullets.

We’ve been visiting the beautiful BVI since the 80’s. cane garden bay was a must stay for a few days. But no more, the beauty is gone and replaced by cruise ship crap. Used to have so much fun, all gone because of greed. Won’t be back.
